How we began….
We found it impossible to find a lacrosse podcast for coaches that also dug deep into the human-side of the coach (or, ‘under the cap’ as we say).
As coaches, there is so much more to our life (and job!) than being on the field. All of these life events shape who we are on the field and we want to highlight that.
So, we approached Kara, our boss and owner of WLD and pitched the idea. She was all in and the idea became a project that we worked meticulously together on for the past 5 months.
